Sunday May 1st join us for cake and coffee in honor of Franklin’s favorite son, Horace Mann. Born in Franklin May 4, 1796, Horace Mann went on to become known as the Father of Education. The story of his life is part of a permanent display at the museum. Stop in and wish our boy Horace a Happy Birthday.
